Production & Timelines
Step 1: Order Submission & Design Finalization
Once your team’s order and designs are finalized, production can begin. Every item is made to order, so it’s important that your final roster, sizes, and artwork are confirmed before moving forward.
At this stage, we:
- Confirm payment and lock in your team’s order details
- Approve all final artwork and design placements
- Prepare your order for production
Production begins once your order is approved and payment is received.

Step 2: Printed Panel Review
After designs are approved, your artwork is printed directly onto fabric panels. Our team reviews each panel to ensure colors, logos, and alignment match your approved design files before cutting begins.
This review helps guarantee color accuracy and design consistency across all items.

Step 3: Production
Each garment is cut, sewn, and finished to order according to your approved designs. Our production team reinforces seams, checks sizing, and applies finishing details before final assembly.
Production timelines vary depending on the product type, customization, and time of year.

Step 4: Quality Control & Shipping
Before shipping, every garment is carefully inspected to ensure accurate sizing, print quality, and stitching. Once approved, your team’s order is packaged and shipped together to your designated address.
Shipping times vary by location and season. Tracking information is shared once your order leaves our facility.

If you have a specific event deadline, let your rep know early so we can align your order with your team’s schedule.
