Any purchase of BE Ultimate Apparel products are bound by the terms and conditions as laid out below.
There are many variables that have to be taken into consideration when ordering gear. Because of this, we will work with you to ensure that:
1. The artwork is in the correct format,
2. The order forms are comprehensive and in the proper format, and
3. The printed panels are confirmed as soon as possible (sublimation only).
Our 4-week guarantee for sublimated products is after a 1-week printed panel process.
We stand by our timeline with an iron guarantee—if they are not finished and on their way to you in 20 business days after confirming the printed panel, we will reimburse 50% of the cost of the late items back to you.
For Screen Printing :
We stand by our timeline with an iron guarantee—if they are not finished and on their way to you in 12 business days after confirming the order, we will reimburse 50% of the cost of the late items back to you.
In order for our artists to work, the ideal file format is .ai and vector. If it is in another format, we will do our best to convert it into a vector format, however, it is not always possible. In this case, we ask that either we redesign artwork for you or that you redesign it in Adobe Illustrator and in vector format.
If we are asked to design, there is a 1 free modification/revision step that is included in our free design help. If you would like more modifications or revisions, design charges will apply.
If you would like a specific color for your custom jerseys, please use our color charts that you can see here and here. If you would prefer, you can also choose from the Pantone PMS Color Matching System, which you can find a version of here.
We very rarely get the matching wrong, however, if the color is discernibly different to the Pantone PMS color provided, we will either reimburse 50% of the cost of the off-color items or replace them free of charge.
Keep in mind that the only Pantone PMS colors that can be used to verify are from a certified Pantone PMS booklet.
Sizing and Product Variation
Inherent with custom apparel via sublimation, sizing can change up to 2.5% between garments. This is due to a multitude of reasons, however, it can and must be expected that this can happen. If the garment is severely over or undersized in comparison to our sizing charts or samples, we will either reimburse 50% of the cost of the garment or replace the garment for free.
Quality of work and product endurance
It should be expected that our products be able to last through some of the toughest conditions. We use some of the most advanced fabrics and flat locking stitching to ensure that the fabric and stitches to ensure the durability and long term-performance of our fabrics and seams.
In the case of fabric flaws to the point of sacrificing the integrity of the garment, we will offer a replacement of the garment once sufficient proof of its malfunction is provided.

If for some reason, a number or name is incorrect and different from the order form submitted by you, we will either refund in full the cost of the garment or replace the garment free of charge.
If a flaw in the artwork or colors is noticeable on the printed panel provided, and the customer approves it (which they must in order for production to continue), the customer waives their right to claim any recourse based on those noticeable errors.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check over the printed panel thoroughly and bring any issues to the BE Ultimate's attention before entering full-scale production.
