Meet Zell
One half of the prolific Mot twin, Zell is a speedy and explosive player who has been a part of the national team since her teenage years. From the beginning of her career, Zell set ambitious goals to win a championship with her sister. She has earned a reputation for tight, imposing defense and numerous highlight-reel blocks, particularly since joining the intensely strong D-line of Vancouver Red Flag. Zell played for Vancouver Traffic until 2019 before embarking on her mixed division journey with Vancouver Red Flag, a journey that continues today. While with Red Flag, they secured 1st place at the 2021 UCI, 2nd place at WUCC 2022, and emerged victorious at CUC 2023! In 2022, she was also the runner-up for Defensive Player of the Year.
