Meet Erica
Erica Birdsong is a BE Ultimate sponsored athlete and a standout across college, club, and professional ultimate. At UNC Pleiades, she has been a key contributor to a dominant program that has captured four consecutive national titles.
Beyond the college stage, Erica competes with Raleigh Phoenix and the Raleigh Radiance, where she helped lead the team to a pro championship. Internationally, she represents Team USA and was selected for the U24 Women’s National Team for the 2025 World Ultimate Championships.
Erica’s impact has been widely recognized—she was named the 2023 D-I Women’s Breakout Player of the Year and earned a spot among the Top 25 Division I players in 2024. Known for her versatility, leadership, and championship pedigree, Erica continues to establish herself as one of the game’s rising stars.
