Meet Matt
Gouchoe-Hanas has achieved more on the field at his young age than most players could dream of in their entire Ultimate career. In addition to his 2019 Callahan Award and the 2018 college championship, he secured Gold with Team USA U24 in 2019 in Germany. Matt has been with Ring of Fire since 2016, contributing to multiple 1st place finishes at regionals and a 3rd place standing at nationals until 2021 when they claimed gold and in 2023 when they secured second place. He has now taken his skill set to the UFA and has been playing with the Carolina Flyers for the last three years. Known for intelligent play, leadership, and an incredibly skillful throwing arsenal, Gouchoe-Hanas is a name we will be talking about for years — if not decades — to come.
