Catherine “Chewy” Hui is a BE Ultimate sponsored athlete and a cornerstone of Vancouver Traffic and Team Canada. A dynamic full-field threat, she combines elite speed, acceleration, and field awareness to impact every phase of the game.
A UBC Thunderbirds alum, Catherine has represented Canada at multiple World Games and World Championships, including the 2024 World Ultimate Championships. She has captained Traffic for nearly a decade, leading the team to continued success, including a silver medal finish at the 2023 Canadian Ultimate Championships.
In 2021, she was named Ultiworld’s Women’s Club Offensive Player of the Year. Known for her consistency and leadership, Catherine remains a driving force for both club and country.
