Meet Dena
Dena Elimelech is a BE Ultimate sponsored athlete known for her creativity with the disc and ability to influence games in high-pressure moments. She first broke through at UC San Diego, helping lead the program to a national championship while establishing herself as a dynamic presence in the college division.
She now competes with San Francisco Fury, contributing to a dominant run that included a 2024 national championship and a 2025 season where the team held the #1 ranking for much of the year before finishing as runners-up at USAU Nationals. She also plays professionally with San Diego Super Bloom in the WUL.
Internationally, Dena earned a gold medal with Team USA at the 2023 World Beach Ultimate Championships and remains a key presence for her teams heading into 2026.
Off the field, Dena is an artist who channels her creativity into her work and advocates for environmental responsibility within the ultimate community.
