We’re always working to be Better Than Ever, and that includes making our processes simpler and more effective for teams like yours. The updated DRD is designed to be more user-friendly, with fewer, clearer questions, helpful links, and visual guides to keep everything on track.
Every question in the DRD serves a purpose—helping us understand your vision and deliver the best possible result. Below, we break down each step and why it matters.
What would you like us to design? (jersey, full playing kit, custom extras etc.)
- This may seem obvious but with a lot of product options this gets us aligned right from the jump!
- Don’t forget to provide us with your team’s logo so we can incorporate it in initial mock ups. (If your a college team check usage rights of your schools logo)
What is your color palette?
- The base for what you imagine your design to be. The more specific of a color you provide the closer and quicker we can get the match!
- Pull inspo from Color Hunt and exact colors from the Pantone Color Codes to lock down a great base for your design.
Do you have a font?
- Font is an underrated component to nailing your team’s look and with so many fonts out there bringing some ideas can be a game changer!
- Follow our font guide for advice on how to find the one for you.
Can you explain the design or draw us an image of what you’d like?
- You don't need to be an artist to set us on the right path! Any visual example goes a long way. Don't be shy, get to the drawing board!

Where do you land on the pro to crazy scale?
- You can’t go wrong here! Loud or clean, wacky or sleek, we just want to see what you are aiming for in your final result.
- Referencing other designs is a great way for us to gage your vision.
What can I expect in this process?

- Once you have completed the document, let your sales rep know by replying in the email thread you have with them
- You will review the Design Realization document together
- You will work together to bring your vision to life

- Final design will get approved by you
