A new Dutch-Ghanaian partnership is working to grow Ultimate Frisbee in Ghana—empowering youth, training coaches, and promoting inclusion in the sport.

The project began when Anna traveled to Ghana and connected with the Ghana Flying Disc Federation (GFDF). She was inspired by the enthusiasm and dedication of Desmond and his team, who have been spreading disc sports throughout Ghana despite limited local experience.

Captain is a BE Ultimate original docuseries that takes you inside the reality of leadership at the highest level of college Ultimate. Following Mika Kurahashi, Dexter Clyburn, and Erica Birdsong, the series documents what it truly means to carry the responsibility of guiding a team through College Nationals 2025.

The 2025 Ultiworld Awards are out, and once again, USAU Club Nationals proved why Ultimate is one of the fastest-growing and most competitive sports. From breakout stars to veteran leaders, players across all divisions put on incredible performances this season.
