About the Job
BE Ultimate is looking for a Content & Brand Engagement Manager to create compelling visuals, manage branded content, and engage with the Ultimate community. In this role, you'll design graphics, oversee social media interactions, and strengthen our brand’s presence. If you’re passionate about design, digital engagement, and Ultimate, we’d love to have you on board!
Core Role Responsibilities:
Graphic Design & Content Creation

- Design and edit branded graphics to support BE Ultimate’s internal marketing.
- Use The Adobe Creative Suite to create visually compelling content that aligns with clients’ and BE’s branding intentions.
- Organize and manage a library of branded assets.
Relationship and Social Media Management

- Coordinate with BE Ultimate’s Marketing to create content for social media and other digital channels.
- Manage social channels “DM’s” and “Comments”.
- Monitor social channels and social spheres for opportunities.
- Work collaboratively within the BE Team to build the best experience for folks engaging with our brand.
Attributes of Ideal Candidate:
- The candidate should possess strong skills in editing both photos and videos to produce high-quality, engaging content.
- A solid understanding of current trends, ultimate, and ultimate media is essential for this role.
- Effective communication skills, along with the ability to network and build strong relationships, are crucial attributes.
- A proactive go-getter who is highly energized about growing both the brand and the Brand Specialist role, taking initiative to drive success.
- A detail-oriented and efficient individual who excels at managing tasks and responsibilities.
