We're excited to welcome a talented Junior Graphic Designer to our BE Ultimate team! In this role, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of design projects, working closely with our sales and production teams to bring client ideas to life, or even directly with clients to help work through projects from the start to finish. If you're passionate about graphic design, eager to learn, and ready to make an impact, we'd love to see how your creativity and skills can shine with us.
Core Role Responsibilities:
- Design Development: Create vector artwork that fulfils our clients design ideas and translate it across a whole range of apparel.
- Vector Design Creation: Develop and direct BE Ultimate's brand identity, style, and processes.
- Concept Development: Collaborate with our event and retail team to design and create logos and merchandise lines for multiple flagship events and campaigns throughout the year.
- Revisions and Feedback: Work closely with clients and/or internal team members to gather feedback and refine designs based on input and market trends.

Skills / Qualifications:
- Experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (with Basic Photoshop skills a plus)
- Must be located in Vancouver, BC
- Knowing the sport of Ultimate preferred
