How it Works || 4 Easy Steps to Ordering Your Jerseys

We’ve boiled the jersey ordering process down to four simple steps.

Step One

First, reach out and tell us about your team! Knowing the team name, where you compete, and what type of gear you are looking for allows us to outfit you in the perfect apparel and ensures we can offer you the best possible deal.

You can contact us via our website, email address, any social media platform, or even by giving us a callwhatever is easiest for you!

Even if you are unsure about what you are looking for, feel free to get in touch; we will definitely be able to help.

Step Two

The second step is creating the design! This part scares people the most, but we’ve tried to make it as simple as possible. In most cases, we’ll give you a simple Design Realization Document that will ask some questions to help formulate exactly what you’re looking for in your jersey design. Once that is complete, our design team can have some first drafts back to you in a matter of days. We can iterate on these until we land on something that you and the team are happy with!

Alternatively, we also offer freely downloadable design templates if any of your teammates are familiar with Adobe Illustrator and the vectorization process. Or, if you are more interested in a one-stop shop approach, then our Design Marketplace has professional designs ready to go!

Step Three

The third step is ordering. We run most of our team sales through our website using a custom team store. Individuals on the team can visit the page, add any products they like to their cart, enter their sizing information and any personalization (like names and numbers), and check out and pay individually. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process with a summary of who has ordered, so you know who to follow up with.

Alternatively, we can provide you with a simple spreadsheet order form to create

a singular, bulk invoice.

Step Four

The fourth step is production! During the five-week production process, we’ll run some test prints for you to review and approve before beginning full-scale production on your order. Once production is complete, we’ll reach out directly with a tracking number so you can follow your package until it is delivered to your door in our new, fully compostable packaging.
