Sublimation is the best way to have full control over every inch of your jersey. The design is printed directly onto the fabric before it is sewn, so designs can span the entire length of the shirt, continue across seams, cross over shoulders, or anything else you want.
Our sublimation prints will last as long as the material does. They will not fade, crack, or peel; the design and the jersey become one. Our ink chemically bonds with the fabric, resulting in a flush, vibrant design.
Full sublimation requires a significant amount of design attention, so we recommend that someone with design experience creates the package, or you can contact us for assistance.
About Spot Sublimation
Spot sublimation is a process by which a design is applied to a specified area of a previously sewn white garment. Spot sublimation is often preferable to screen printing because you can use as many colors as are in your logo (including gradients and shading) without incurring the additional screen setup fees associated with a multi-colored design.
The maximum area for a spot sublimated logo is 12” x 16”. You can combine several spot sublimated logos to create a larger design, but you should leave a gap in the design to allow for flexibility in lining up the artwork on the jersey.
