Q: What is motivating you for 2019?
A: What really is pushing me in 2019 is that after 10 years of ultimate I still want to improve and find new ways to become a more complete player.
Q: What does your training regiment look like?
A: Monday-Wednesday-Thursday 2h of team training. Tuesday and Friday I hit the gym.
Q: Who inspires you on your team and in the ultimate community as a whole?
A: Everyday I'm inspired by Davide Morri. He's all about ultimate and training. I want to find the same passion and consistency. Also in the community, Davide is very active, I look up to him for his ability to unite people with ultimate.
Q: What is your mindset when you take the field?
A: When I'm on the field I try to be the best teammate I can and focus on the chance to make big plays and to use them as fuel.
Q: What do you do outside of ultimate?
A: I'm a Sports Science graduate, finishing my masters this year in Sports management. I also work as an Ultimate Trainer for a Middle School and High School of all the Bologna Area. Apart from that, I love the cinema and pop culture.
Q: What is something you are very passionate about that you think people should be more educated on?
A: Recently, I have started worrying more about my impact on the environment and have tried to do more for the planet.
Q: What tournaments are you attending this year?
A: This year I'm attending, Italian Championship, Bologna Invite, Copa Tanga Barcellona, Windmill Windup Amsterdam, European National Championship in Gyor, European Club Championship in Caorle.
Q: What are your goals for 2019?
A: My Goals for 2019 are different for every layer of my life. I want to finish up my Masters so that I can start to work, I want to play with team Italy at the European Championships, and get the respect we deserve from the European community. Overall, I want to reach our maximum potential as a team.
Q: What are three pieces of advice you would tell yourself when you first started play?
1. Treat your body with respect

Q: What does better than ever mean to you?
A: For me better then ever means that life is about limits and boundaries, and as an athlete wanting to redefine them. Not just breaking records or winning more games, but to being able to visualize my comfort zone and expand it to make it better for me and the people around me.
